Registration open until September 15 for the exam required as part of the naturalization process; a second session is confirmed for November.

There is time until September 15 to register for the next session of the test on Sammarinese History and Institutions, one of the requirements for naturalization. The exam will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, while the venue and time have yet to be determined.

We inform that registrations to take part in the next session of the test on Sammarinese History and Institutions, one of the requirements for naturalization, will remain open until September 15, 2026,” reads the official communication. The date of the exam was also set in light of the many applications already received: “Given the high number of registrations received, the next test session will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026.”

Still to be determined are the venue and time of the exam, information that will be sent directly to those concerned during the course of next week.

A second session in November 2026 has also been confirmed. “For that session, registrations will reopen in October,” the communication specifies.

Those wishing to sit the September exam must therefore complete their registration by Tuesday, September 15.
