The 35th edition of the photography screening series “Incontro con l’autore” (“Meeting the author”), promoted by the Associazione Sammarinese Foto Amatori, kicks off Friday, November 6, at Dogana’s Centro Sociale. Five evenings are scheduled through December 4, all starting at 9 p.m. with free admission.
Opening the series will be Giancarlo Frisoni, presenting his photo book “Crisalidi”. On November 13, the focus turns to nature with Carlo Godio and Renzo Gulminelli, who will lead an evening dedicated to Costa Rica.
The calendar continues on November 20 with Silvio Canini and “Il Mondo di Silvio” (“Silvio’s world”). The following Friday, November 27, Marco Guidi will present his photo book “Miramar”.
The final meeting is set for Friday, December 4, when Cristina Garzone will bring “Sguardo ad Oriente” (“A gaze toward the East”) to Dogana.
The initiative is co-organized with Dogana’s Centro Sociale, with the involvement of the Secretariat of State for Education and Culture.
