Scuderia San Marino: Drudi triumphs at the Nürburgring in GT World Challenge Europe

Mattia Drudi shines in Germany with pole, win and fastest lap, while other Scuderia San Marino drivers score points across Europe.

A standout weekend for Scuderia San Marino, engaged on several international fronts. The spotlight fell above all on Mattia Drudi, who claimed victory at the Nürburgring in the latest round of the GT World Challenge Europe.

Behind the wheel of the Comtoyou Racing Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 EVO, the Sammarinese driver delivered a top-class performance, sweeping pole position, race victory and fastest lap.

Still on the German track, good results also came from the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europa. Luciano and Donovan Privitelio finished fourth in the LC Cup category in Race 1, before improving in the second race to secure third place on the podium.

Meanwhile, Nemo Mazza and Mauro Marchio travelled to Sweden for the East Sweden Historic Rally, the fourth round of the season in the FIA European Historic Rally Championship for Terra. Driving a Ford Escort, the Sammarinese crew finished 12th overall and fourth in class.

Finally, five Scuderia San Marino colours were on show at Castelletto di Branduzzo for the sixth round of the Rotax Max Challenge Italia. In the DD2 category, Daniel Giliberti and Alessandro Pedini Amati finished sixth and seventh respectively. In the Max category, Giacomo Marchioro narrowly missed the podium with fourth place, while Nicolas Tagliaferri finished twentieth. Among the Juniors, Lorenzo Leardini secured eighth position.
