Alessio Pisi wins the Halloween Ronde again. The Italian-Sammarinese driver, partnered by Luca Pierani in a Skoda Fabia RS entered by Pavel Group, secured his second consecutive victory in the event organised by Scuderia San Marino.
His margin over the runner-up was one minute and 18 seconds, at the end of a weekend also marked by difficult weather conditions.
Behind him, the Sammarinese crew of Danilo Tomassini and Stefano Spadoni, already third at the recent Rallylegend, rounded out the podium. Spadoni also claimed the trophy named after Silvio Stefanelli, awarded to the best Sammarinese co-driver.
Third place was decided on the final stage: a penalty at the restart cost Lorenzo Papalini his podium spot, dropping him to seventh. Davide Giovanetti and Nicola Rossi capitalised on the setback, finishing third overall and third in the Rally2/R5 category behind Pisi and Tomassini.
Fourth place went to Armando Donazzan and Tania Canton, ahead of Francesco Dei Ceci and Daiana Darderi. The Lancia Ypsilon HF crew won the Rally4 category, with Dei Ceci also earning the Under-25 driver award.
Angelo Montanari and Mattia Bartolucci finished sixth. Lorenzo Grani and Samanta Grossi came in eighth, winning the RS 1600 Plus class, followed by Pierluigi Alessandri and Massimo Bizzocchi. Marco Oldani and Gea Daldini rounded out the top ten.
Among the historic cars, Marcello Colombini returned to winning form, partnered by Marco Selva in a BMW M3, finishing 13th overall. They were followed by Matteo Nerobutto and Andreangelo Pastore in a Golf GTi, and Andrea Ercolani Volta and Matteo Roggia in a Ford Escort RS.
Asia Vidori and Serena Manca took the win among the all-female crews. Their Lancia Ypsilon also earned the Photo Zini award for the most striking Halloween-themed livery, inspired by horror films.
The rally ended early for Roberto Scopel, who retired on the first special stage, and for Paolo Segantini, involved in an accident on Saturday morning. Segantini and co-driver Emilio Tozzini were unharmed.
The sixth edition brought together 70 crews, competing across four runs of the “Torrente San Marino” special stage, held largely within the territory of San Leo. The award ceremony took place in Piazza Bertoldi, with Andrea Crescentini, Captain of Castello di Serravalle, and Roberto Selva, President of Scuderia San Marino, in attendance.
