Colombini relaunches Snaidero: furniture hub now worth 320 million

Colombini Group finalises the acquisition of 70% of Snaidero, creating an Italian kitchen and furniture hub with consolidated revenues nearing 320 million euros.

Colombini Group has completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Snaidero, launching the relaunch of the historic Friulian high-end kitchen brand. The deal, finalised in the first days of September, also includes the subsidiary Snaidero Uk and pushes the group’s consolidated turnover toward 310–320 million euros.

The new industrial entity now counts more than 1,200 employees in total and a sales network of over a thousand points of sale. Snaidero, present in more than 60 countries, has around 400 stores, produces over 10,000 kitchen compositions a year and posts revenues of close to 38 million euros.

At the heart of the plan is the strengthening of the plant in Maiano, in the province of Udine, set to become Colombini’s main production site for kitchens. The decision is also linked to the situation at the group’s San Marino facility, which, as explained by chairman and CEO Emanuel Colombini, is already at full capacity.

The goal is to build an Italian hub for kitchens and furniture, leveraging expertise, production capacity and sales networks. Snaidero’s new board of directors is chaired by Emanuel Colombini, while Claudio Cecchetti has been appointed chief executive officer. Edi Snaidero has been given the role of honorary chairman.
