Pre-enrolment for extracurricular activities aimed at primary and middle school students in the Republic of San Marino will open on November 9 and run through November 15, 2026. The programme, scheduled from January to May 2027, is promoted by the Secretariat of State for Education and Culture (Segreteria di Stato Istruzione e Cultura) and the Department of Education and Culture, Extracurricular Activities and Summer Camps Section.
For middle school students, the offerings combine recreational activities, local heritage exploration and study support. According to the announcement, the courses “range from board games in the toy library to discovering the local area through hiking, enhancing school environments with murals, teacher-led study groups for cooperative learning, and workshops focused on physical and psychological well-being.”
For primary school children, the programme includes arts and crafts, circus skills, STEM workshops and explorations of nature and landscape. These are complemented by music, crochet, Chinese language and culture, and theatre.
“Across all the activities on offer, particular attention has been paid to personal well-being and to discovering and managing emotions,” the statement notes.
Each course consists of six sessions, one per week, each lasting two hours. Pre-enrolment must be completed through the SiceWeb online platform.
“Confirmation of enrolment will be sent by email on November 23, 2026, while payment — set at €30 per course — must be completed between November 23 and 29 to finalise participation,” the statement adds.
Full details on the activities are available in the files sent to families via the Electronic Register (Registro Elettronico) and on the official website of the Secretariat of State for Education and Culture.
