The signing of the Association Agreement between San Marino and the European Union has also won praise from Senator Domenica Spinelli, who congratulated the San Marino government on reaching this milestone after years of negotiations.
«I wish to extend my congratulations to Secretary of State Luca Beccari and to all members of the San Marino government for pursuing this path with determination, achieving a result that rewards long and complex diplomatic and institutional work», the parliamentarian stated.
Spinelli also highlighted the positive effects the agreement could have on the areas neighbouring the Republic, which share deep economic, social and historical ties with San Marino.
«This signing marks an important moment for the country and for the entire community living and working across our borders», the senator added.
