The 13th edition of the International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament “San Marino Cup” gets underway — a now well-established fixture on the calendar of the San Marino Gymnastics Federation and one of the leading international events for rhythmic gymnastics in San Marino.
From 25 to 27 September, the Multieventi Sport Domus will host three days of competition, with around 230 gymnasts expected to take to the floor representing Austria, Cyprus, South Korea, Italy, Lithuania, Slovenia, Switzerland and Ukraine. It promises to be a truly international occasion, bringing together athletes from various categories and levels for a weekend entirely devoted to rhythmic gymnastics.
Considerable attention will also be on the Sammarinese gymnasts taking part in the competition. In the FIG Senior category, Eva Bombagioni, Emma Fratti and Camilla Rossi will compete, while in the FIG Junior category Sara Ceccoli and Ludovica Vannoni will take to the floor.
The event’s programme also includes a special contest between the national teams of Small States, with San Marino and Cyprus going head-to-head in a challenge that will add further interest to the 13th edition of the San Marino Cup.
