San Marino’s BKN301 Joins Tether’s Real Estate Tokenization Project in Saudi Arabia

Fintech firm BKN301, founded by Sammarinese entrepreneur Stiven Muccioli, joins Tether and FirstData in a major push to tokenize real estate assets in Saudi Arabia.

San Marino is also making its mark on the international project announced by Tether to develop real estate asset tokenization in Saudi Arabia. Among the partners in the initiative is BKN301, the fintech group founded and led by Sammarinese entrepreneur Stiven Muccioli, which will be responsible for integrating the Hadron by Tether platform into the project’s operational infrastructure.

The agreement, announced on August 6, involves Tether, First Advanced Data for Artificial Intelligence LLC (FirstData), and BKN301, with the goal of accelerating the tokenization of institutional-grade real estate assets in the Saudi Kingdom.

At the heart of the initiative is Hadron by Tether, a platform designed to transform real-world assets into digital tokens and manage their entire lifecycle — from issuance to administration — through blockchain infrastructure.

Within the project, FirstData will act as the issuer and primary market manager for the tokenized real estate assets, while BKN301 will provide its technology to integrate the platform with banking, payment, and regulatory compliance systems.

Explaining the company’s role is BKN301 Group CEO Stiven Muccioli.

“BKN301’s role in this initiative is to ensure that Hadron by Tether’s tokenization capabilities are seamlessly connected to the banking, payment, and compliance infrastructure required for institutional-level implementation. We are pleased to support FirstData and Tether in building a robust ecosystem of tokenized assets in the Kingdom,” he stated.

The initiative is part of the Saudi Vision 2030 economic transformation program, which aims to develop a blockchain-based digital financial infrastructure and expand investment opportunities through the tokenization of real-world assets.

According to Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether, “At Tether, we believe that the tokenization of real-world assets will redefine the financial sector, making global assets more liquid, accessible, secure, and scalable. Thanks to Vision 2030, Saudi Arabia stands out as an ideal market to demonstrate the strong transformative impact of platforms like Hadron by Tether.”

The collaboration aims to create a scalable operating model that integrates blockchain infrastructure, regulated financial services, and compliance tools, with the goal of positioning Saudi Arabia as one of the leading international hubs for institutional asset tokenization. For BKN301, the project marks a new international assignment, with the Sammarinese fintech firm now engaged in developing digital finance infrastructure in one of the Middle East’s most dynamic markets.
