Today, November 6, Brando was born, son of Secretary of State Matteo Ciacci and his partner Maddy.
The happy news was announced by the Captains Regent at the close of today’s Council session: the announcement was greeted with applause from the entire Chamber of the Grand and General Council (Consiglio Grande e Generale), which for a moment set aside political debate to share in the joy of new life.
Secretary Ciacci himself chose to share the excitement of the day in a social media post: «Today, November 6, Brando was born! Right on time, exactly on the due date🩵 Thank you to my Maddy, who was simply amazing: Brando couldn’t have asked for a better mum.
I love you, wonder of mine!
A heartfelt thank you also to the Obstetrics and Gynecology department of the San Marino State Hospital, to the midwives, doctors and all the staff, for the professionalism and humanity with which they guided us through this journey.
