Chiara Tenella Sillani Sworn In as Judge of San Marino’s Trust Court

Professor Chiara Tenella Sillani has been sworn in for a new five-year term on San Marino’s Court for Trusts and Fiduciary Relationships.

The swearing-in ceremony for Professor Chiara Tenella Sillani, appointed as a member of the Court for Trusts and Fiduciary Relationships (Corte per il Trust e i Rapporti Fiduciari) of the Republic of San Marino, took place today at Palazzo Pubblico.

Professor Tenella Sillani took the oath of loyalty and obedience to the Constitution of the Republic before the Captains Regent Alice Mina and Vladimiro Selva, in the presence of Secretary of State for Internal Affairs Andrea Belluzzi and other attending authorities.

With this oath, the professor officially continues her term as a judge of the Court, a position she had already held during the previous five-year term.
