Giochi del Titano has firmly denied any involvement by the company in the alleged offences currently under examination by investigators, stating that it has already suspended and replaced the individuals involved in the investigation. In an official statement, the company says it has operated in full compliance with regulations and internal controls, expresses complete trust in the judiciary, and reassures employees and customers: operations continue as normal.
The statement reads as follows.
“Regarding the news reports published today, Giochi del Titano S.p.A., while awaiting access to the documents related to the proceedings, wishes first and foremost to firmly assert the company’s lack of involvement in the alleged offences currently being examined by investigators.
Management has acted in full compliance with current regulations, applying the internal control measures required by law.
Giochi del Titano S.p.A. expresses its complete and unconditional trust in the work of the judiciary, with which it declares itself immediately available to cooperate in order to shed full light on what has occurred. We are confident that the ongoing inquiries will confirm the transparency and correctness of the company’s conduct.
We confirm that, in order to ensure business continuity, the individuals involved in the investigation have already been suspended and replaced.
