The Azienda Autonoma di Stato per i Servizi Pubblici (AASS), San Marino’s state-run public utility company, has launched “Dicci la tua” (“Tell us your view”), a questionnaire open to all users aimed at gathering feedback and observations on the services it provides. The survey takes just a few minutes to complete, requires no personal identifying information, and will remain open until 30 November 2026.
“The initiative stems from AASS’s wish to strengthen dialogue with citizens and make users increasingly active participants in the process of improving public services,” the statement reads.
The survey covers four main areas. On billing and network services, questions focus on the clarity and accuracy of consumption statements and the quality of supplies. On waste and urban hygiene, users can share their views on waste collection and the cleanliness of the territory. The survey also addresses the quality and usability of local public transport, as well as telecommunications, with particular attention to FTTH fibre-optic connections and public Wi-Fi.
“The responses collected will allow AASS to better understand how users perceive its services, identify the strengths of what is currently offered and, above all, pinpoint the areas requiring intervention in order to further improve quality, efficiency and accessibility,” the statement explains.
Alessandro Bevitori, Secretary of State with responsibility for AASS, remarked: “Listening to citizens means building better public services. With this initiative, we want to strengthen a direct and transparent relationship with users, because the quality of services also depends on institutions’ ability to gather the needs, assessments and proposals of those who use them every day.”
Marcello Forcellini, General Director of AASS, added: “We want to turn citizens’ perspectives into a concrete tool for improvement. The results will help us identify strengths, areas for action and priorities. Our call to action is simple: give us a few minutes of your time, take part, and help us build services that are ever more efficient and responsive to the country’s needs.”
The questionnaire is already available through the online “Dicci la tua” form. “It only takes a few minutes to complete, and the anonymity of responses is guaranteed,” the statement concludes.
