An agreement between the San Marino government and trade union organisations on the new recruitment system for teachers and educators at all school levels has been signed. The signing concludes the negotiation process that had led to the agreement reached on 5 October.
The signatories were the Secretary of State for Education and Culture, Teodoro Lonfernini, the Secretary of State for Internal Affairs, Andrea Belluzzi, and representatives of the three trade unions.
The agreement aims to establish a new hiring model, better suited to the country’s demographic changes and educational needs.
