“Dalla Terra alla Tavola” (“From the Land to the Table”), the project dedicated to promoting local agricultural production and the region’s food and wine culture, continues in San Marino. The next event is scheduled for Tuesday, 6 October, with an afternoon and evening dedicated to Sammarinese products.
From 5 to 7pm, the spotlight will be on CookingLab with AzzuChef, a hands-on workshop focused on preparing homemade fresh pasta using 100% Sammarinese ingredients.
At 8:30pm, the day will continue at SEM – Share Eat Meet with a four-course dinner prepared mainly with local produce. The menu will be paired with four wines from the Cantina di San Marino, while dessert will be provided by Pan di Zucchero.
The Secretariat of State for Territory and Environment highlighted the value of the initiative and thanked USOT for the work carried out together with the Consorzio Terra di San Marino and the Republic’s network of restaurateurs. The goal is to strengthen collaboration between institutions and economic operators, bringing together training, territorial promotion and agri-food excellence.
Participation is by reservation only. To take part, contact the USOT Secretariat at info@usot.sm or call +39 0549 900438, specifying whether you wish to join the CookingLab, the dinner, or both events.
