Air conditioning in San Marino’s schools: last days to sign petition

Parents' group campaign for air conditioning in San Marino schools closes Friday, September 18

Time is running out in San Marino to join the petition calling for the installation of air conditioning in schools. The initiative, launched by a group of parents, will remain open until Friday, September 18.

The request stems from concerns over the high temperatures recorded inside school buildings, particularly during the summer months and while state-run summer camps are in session. According to the organisers, the situation is “becoming increasingly worrying” with each passing year.

The petition is open to all adults, whether San Marino citizens or not, residents or non-residents. Signatures can be collected at five locations across the Republic: Il Forno in Cailungo, Parafarmacia Bucci in Gualdicciolo, Ma Va La Burger at Parco Ausa in Dogana, Il Grillo Parlante in Domagnano, and Energy Store Point in Borgo Maggiore.

The organisers also thanked everyone who has already supported the initiative, reminding the public that Friday will be the last day to sign.
