Finals day at the San Marino Junior Open

Champions to be crowned today at the Fonte dell'Ovo tennis courts as the 2026 edition of the international junior tournament reaches its climax.

Today marks finals day at the San Marino Junior Open 2026. Since this morning, the courts of the Centro Tennis Cassa di Risparmio in Fonte dell’Ovo have been hosting the deciding matches of the prestigious international youth tournament.

In the men’s singles, Dennis Spircu, the tournament’s top seed, will face Lorenzo Rocco. Spircu booked his place in the final with a straight-sets 6-3, 6-3 semifinal win over Michele Maniglia, while Rocco knocked out Frenchman Samuel Schifano 6-3, 6-1.

In the women’s singles, the title will be decided between Sofia Cadar and Romania’s Natalia Maria Dicu. Cadar reached the final after fighting back against Diletta D’Amico (1-6, 6-4, 6-1), while Dicu cruised past Montenegro’s Nadja Knezevic with a clean 6-1, 6-1 scoreline.

The doubles finals are also on the schedule. In the men’s event, Spircu and Rocco will take on Van Son Didoni and Sebastiano Mantovani, while in the women’s draw, Italy’s Bonaccorso-D’Amico pairing will face the duo of Moldova’s Hincu and Russia’s Litinova.

The day will bring the curtain down on the 2026 edition of the tournament, with the best young talents on court fighting for the San Marino Junior Open titles.
