Dialect theatre season in Serravalle opens with comedy “Ho avù un ics”

The 2026-2027 dialect comedy season kicks off Saturday at Serravalle's Little Tony Auditorium with a tale of mystery and mishaps.

A mysterious disappearance, a series of misunderstandings and plenty of comic situations. On Saturday 24 October at 9pm, the Little Tony Auditorium in Serravalle will host the opening night of the 2026-2027 dialect comedy season, organised by the Serravalle Castle Council (Giunta di Castello) and the Centro Sociale S. Andrea.

Opening the programme will be the theatre company La Carovana di Ospedaletto with “Ho avù un ics” (“I had an X”), a three-act comedy written by Pier Paolo Gabrielli.

The plot follows a man who steps out of his house to buy cigarettes and suddenly vanishes without a trace. From that moment on, a whirlwind of misunderstandings, searches and absurd situations unfolds, blending mystery with comedy.

The performance marks the start of the new season dedicated to dialect theatre, with the curtain rising on Saturday evening at the Little Tony Auditorium in Serravalle.
