San Marino, 2 October 2026 – Following the communication from the Board of Directors of Giochi del Titano S.p.A. and the news reports concerning the investigation and precautionary measures affecting certain specific individual positions within Giochi del Titano S.p.A., the State Congress (Congresso di Stato) expresses full confidence in the work of the Judiciary and the authorities responsible for the inquiries, in the certainty that every assessment will be carried out through the proper channels and in full respect of the guarantees provided by the legal system.
On Wednesday, the Board of Directors of Giochi del Titano had already put in place all measures necessary to ensure maximum cooperation with the Judicial Authority and to safeguard business continuity.
At this stage, the matters under investigation cannot be attributed to the Company’s overall activity, nor to its staff and collaborators as a whole.
The operational continuity of the company is the Executive’s absolute priority, and it stands ready to adopt any formal measures that may prove necessary to ensure the proper continuity of management at Giochi del Titano S.p.A.
The Government will continue to monitor the situation closely, ensuring, within the scope of its prerogatives, the fullest institutional cooperation and the protection of the public interest.
The State Congress calls for a sense of responsibility and balance in the public debate, confident that the Judiciary’s work will shed full light on the facts, in the interest of safeguarding the Republic’s institutions.
