The Vita Sana Association is organising gentle gymnastics courses running until 31 December 2026. The initiative, announced by the pensioners’ federations of CSdL and CDLS, will take place at four locations.
In Murata, classes begin on Friday 2 October at the elementary school gym, meeting Mondays and Fridays from 5pm, with two sessions. Serravalle gets underway on Tuesday 6 October at the Multieventi Sport Domus, with three one-hour sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 4pm. In Acquaviva, at the Polivalente hall in Gualdicciolo, and in Chiesanuova, at the elementary school gym, classes start on Monday 5 October, held on Mondays and Thursdays at 4pm and 6pm respectively.
Registrations are taken at the course locations, at the start of each session. A medical certificate of physical fitness is required; those residing outside the territory must also bring a copy of an identity document.
