Ursula von der Leyen will take part in the signing of the Association Agreement between the European Union, San Marino and Andorra, scheduled for October 19 in Brussels. The news was reported by San Marino RTV, citing the Andorran newspaper La Veu Lliure, which picked up an announcement posted on X by European Commission Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič.
Also attending the ceremony will be Šefčovič, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Luca Beccari, and Andorra’s Head of Government Xavier Espot. The presence of the European Commission president lends additional institutional weight to the event.
