Emanuele Mularoni has won the 2026 Palio delle Balestre Grandi. He achieved the best result in the traditional competition held this afternoon, 3 September, at the Cava dei Balestrieri, in the heart of the celebrations for the Anniversary of the Founding of the Republic of San Marino.
Joining Mularoni on the podium were Andrea Pesaresi, who took second place, and Gian Luigi Balducci, who finished third.
The competition, organized by the Sammarinese Crossbowmen’s Federation (Federazione Balestrieri Sammarinesi), was preceded and accompanied by performances from flag-wavers and musicians, along with the presence of figures dressed in historical costume.
Numerous San Marino residents and tourists attended the competition at the Cava, once again taking part in one of the events traditionally linked to the 3 September holiday on Mount Titano.
