Negotiations over Banca di San Marino remain open. This was clarified by the Ente Cassa di Faetano, which stepped in following press speculation to confirm that talks with Hera Partecipazioni One Spa are continuing.
The negotiation, therefore, has not been concluded. Some points considered by the Ente to be substantial and decisive remain unresolved on the path to an agreement. The foundation says it is now awaiting a response from the other party.
But the picture extends beyond the talks with Hera. The statement specifies that other options exist, and new expressions of interest have recently come in from investors.
The board of the Ente Cassa di Faetano stresses that work is continuing on multiple fronts, with priority given to supporting Banca di San Marino and consolidating the Ente Cassa itself.
