Alfredo Torre Rossini is the winner of the second round of the Federal Billiards Trophy (Trofeo Federale), in the five-pin cue specialty, concluded on 8 October and organized by the San Marino Sport Billiards Federation (Federazione Sammarinese Biliardo Sportivo).
In the final, Torre Rossini defeated Maurizio Gobbi 2-1, after eliminating Roberto Bucci in the semifinal by the same score.
Gobbi had earned his place in the final by beating Renzo Ronzini 2-0.
Twenty-one players took part in the competition, first competing in group stages before moving on to head-to-head matches.
The event awarded points valid for the federal ranking, which will determine the athletes qualified for the 2027 international competitions.
