San Marino unveils stand at Rimini’s TTG, Pedini Amati: “We want to reaffirm our tourism vocation”

San Marino opens its exhibition space at TTG Travel Experience 2026 in Rimini, showcasing the destination to international buyers and tour operators through October 16.

San Marino inaugurated its stand at TTG Travel Experience 2026 this morning, Wednesday 14 October, the international exhibition dedicated to tourism running at the Rimini Fair through 16 October. The ribbon-cutting ceremony, held at 11.30am, was attended by the Secretary of State for Tourism Federico Pedini Amati, the head of the Tourism Office Nicoletta Corbelli, and the director of the Tourism Department Filippo Francini.

The Republic is present in Pavilion A2, stand 132-204, with a 112-square-metre exhibition space dedicated to promoting the Sammarinese destination and the travel experiences offered by the territory. The goal is to strengthen ties with international buyers, tour operators, travel agencies and industry professionals, fostering new business opportunities.

During the inauguration, Pedini Amati underlined the value of taking part in the Rimini event, now in its 63rd edition.

“The Republic of San Marino is taking part in TTG with the firm intention of reaffirming its tourism vocation. Our pavilion is an invitation to discover a country that knows how to preserve its history while, at the same time, looking to the future with creativity and innovation, offering accessible experiences capable of attracting an ever wider array of visitors — a concrete sign of our openness to the world and our ability to play a leading role in a constantly evolving sector.”

One of the main events is scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday 15 October, at 3.30pm, in the Sala Abete, with the meeting “San Marino, a whole other story”, during which the partnership between the Republic and Lonely Planet, the international publishing house specialising in travel guides, will be presented. The initiative aims to showcase the Sammarinese territory through new storytelling and promotional tools for the destination.

Alongside the Tourism Office, twelve Sammarinese operators are also present at the stand, engaged in B2B meetings with international buyers to promote and market Titano’s tourism offerings.

These are Ace Tour SM, Azimut Tour Operator & DMC, Discover San Marino, Grand Hotel San Marino, Itinerari Tour Operator & DMC, Mayflower Tour Operator, Numerouno Tour Operator, Prima Tour, Podere Lesignano, San Marino Welcome, San Marino Viaggi e Vacanze and The One Viaggi.

San Marino’s participation is part of the TTG Travel Experience 2026 programme, which this year offers more than 200 events dedicated to new tourism trends, innovation and the prospects of the hospitality sector.
