San Marino opens applications for study grants: deadline set for November 30

Applications are now open in San Marino for grants provided under the law on the right to education, aimed at high school and university students. The deadline for submitting applications is November 30, 2026.

The announcement comes from the Department of Education and Culture (Dipartimento Istruzione e Cultura), which specifies: “Applications, covering both high school and university students, must be submitted no later than November 30, 2026.” The process will be entirely online: “It should be noted that submissions must be made exclusively via the Ecos digital platform.”

Starting this year, it is also mandatory to complete the Income and Asset Declaration (Dichiarazione Reddituale Patrimoniale, DRP) for ICEE purposes. The Department clarifies that this step can be completed even after submitting the grant application.

The regulations and instructions for completing the declaration are available in the “ICEE Service – Operating Manual and Information”. General information, guidelines, and details on benefits related to the right to education can be found in the dedicated section of the Gov.sm portal.
