Pallacanestro Titano suffers its first away defeat of the season: Molinella wins 75-62, holding off the Biancazzurri’s repeated attempts to come back.

The Titans trailed from the opening tip, but managed to level the score at 24-24 in the second quarter thanks to a free throw from Renzi. However, the home side regained control before the break, going into halftime ahead 40-30.

In the third quarter, Rinaldi brought Titano back within four points, making it 49-45, before Molinella responded with a 9-0 run to close the period at 58-45.

The Biancazzurri fought back once again in the final quarter. A three-pointer from Fusco, with just over four minutes remaining, made it 60-56 and reopened the game.

Molinella answered through Marchi and Folesani. The Titans stayed within striking distance, trailing 68-62 with two minutes left, but the home team pulled away in the closing stages.

For Titano, Fusco stood out with 22 points and 10 rebounds, while Rinaldi added 20 points and Ugolini contributed 11. Captain Macina grabbed 7 rebounds.

The team’s next game is Saturday at the Multieventi, against Despar 4 Torri Ferrara.
