Anyone with an appointment between October 12 and 23 will need to contact the ISS Economic Benefits and Pensions Office (Ufficio Prestazioni Economiche e Pensioni) to arrange a new date.
The office will be closed to the public throughout this period, including the two dates mentioned, due to urgent maintenance and safety work following a system failure.

For the certification of health coverage required for residence permits, documentation must be submitted directly to the Foreigners’ Office of the Gendarmerie (Ufficio Stranieri della Gendarmeria), which will forward it online to the ISS.
