Super Cup: Tre Fiori race away early, La Fiorita fall 2-0

Tre Fiori lift the 2026 San Marino Super Cup after a lightning start settles the contest against La Fiorita in Acquaviva.

Tre Fiori have lifted the 2026 San Marino Super Cup, beating La Fiorita 2-0 in the showpiece clash at Acquaviva. The match was all but settled in the opening stages, with Danilo Girolomoni’s side striking twice inside the first twelve minutes before comfortably defending their advantage until the final whistle.

The game got off to an electric start. Barely three minutes had gone when Tre Fiori made the most of their very first real opportunity. Benedettini carried the ball forward and slipped a pass through to Censoni, who reached the byline and picked out a precise ball to the far post. Prandelli was waiting there and made no mistake, tapping in to make it 1-0.

La Fiorita tried to hit back straight away. Just two minutes later, an alert Nardi had to be on his toes to deny new signing Filippo Berardi, who unleashed a shot-cross from Djuric’s delivery.

The match remained lively, but in the 12th minute Tre Fiori struck again. This time it was Mengucci who found the net, putting the yellow-and-blues 2-0 up and putting the Super Cup firmly within reach.

Stefano Ceci’s La Fiorita tried to fight their way back into the contest, but the two-goal cushion allowed Tre Fiori to manage the game with greater composure. Girolomoni’s side controlled possession, shut down space and gave their opponents no chance to get back into the match.

At the final whistle, the score remained 2-0 in Tre Fiori’s favour, sealing their triumph in the 2026 San Marino Super Cup. The decisive factor was their blistering start: Prandelli in the 3rd minute, Mengucci in the 12th, sending the trophy straight to Fiorentino.
